The electronic job jacket is great - we use it as THE CENTRAL POINT to access any and all information about a job. We use the attachment feature to link copies of correspondence to and from the client; scans of purchase orders, vendor invoices, actual client invoices, check copies, signed estimates, etc. They then are readily accessible any time needed. The QVA Query is a key tool we use to get a handle on where we are at any time in the life of a project. The “drill down” feature is great for getting at the details of the project when needed.

The General Ledger is very easy to work with and makes the month-end closing process a breeze. Again, the “drill down” capabilities are great. The detail is a click away - saves you from running un-needed reports, the cost of killing trees and the time associated with it. I also like the fact that just about every report imaginable is available for download to Excel for further analysis.”
