Implementation
Most of our new clients switch to Advantage from another agency software system. We help them with their transition by taking time to understand their current workflow and then chart a course for success. Each new client is assigned an implementation specialist who provides consulting and training until their goals are achieved. We even assist with data conversions when possible.
Training
All members of our training staff are agency veterans with a thorough understanding of the business, accounting and Advantage. Our training programs are based on our client’s needs and use a blend of on-site visits and web conferences. Each training course is tailored to the client and follows a pre-approved agenda. After initial training is complete, we are available to provide follow up training on just the areas needing focus.
Consulting
We appreciate and support the custom, personalized nature of the agency business. The arrival of a new client or a new employee can change the way an agency uses Advantage. They may need to unlock unused features to support new reporting or workflow. To uncover these needs we frequently perform “Advantage Audits” to ensure our clients are receiving the full value ROI potential of Advantage.

And, through Basic Computer Systems (a Division of Advantage) we also provide complete "plug and play" systems designed to fit the specific needs of each agency.

The democratic process put in place by our Users Group ensures that we have a well-rounded base of “key initiatives” and regular enhancements to focus on each year.
