Advantage has given us greater control of our finance and operations by allowing us to get at vital information in seconds rather than hours or days.

The electronic job jacket is great - we use it as THE CENTRAL POINT to access any and all information about a job.  We use the attachment feature to link copies of correspondence to and from the client; scans of purchase orders, vendor invoices, actual client invoices, check copies, signed estimates, etc.  They then are readily accessible any time needed.  The QVA Query is a key tool we use to get a handle on where we are at any time in the life of a project.  The “drill down” feature is great for getting at the details of the project when needed.

The General Ledger is very easy to work with and makes the month-end closing process a breeze.  Again, the “drill down” capabilities are great.  The detail is a click away - saves you from running un-needed reports, the cost of killing trees and the time associated with it.  I also like the fact that just about every report imaginable is available for download to Excel for further analysis.

We have not experienced any “down time” with the program for any reason.  The customer service staff is always available to give a helping hand or troubleshoot problems.  They are very responsive to our needs.  The program offers the versatility to track data that is company-specific to meet our needs.  Another highlight is that they sponsor a User Group Conference each year.  The group is comprised of elected board members that are actual users of the program.  This conference enables other users of the group to have a vote in the changes made to the program for future updates.  There is also the ability to customize reports to suit our needs.  These are just some of the many “advantages” of this system.  I would highly recommend this program.
